*Turnkey execution is an additional paid service offered only after the completion of the final project. It includes:
Complete engagement in project execution (visiting manufacturers and factories, negotiating discounts on products and materials, organizing deliveries).
Regular site visits from the beginning to the finalization of the project:
- Site meeting with the client and the contractor before the start of renovation activities to discuss the project.
- Site visit with the client and the contractor after the completion of installations (electrical and plumbing), walls, ceilings, and instructions before laying floor coverings.
- Optionally, an additional consultation with the furniture specialists in our office.
- Site visit with the client and the contractor for built-in furniture before the start of furniture installation and final clarifications for project completion.
All prices are exclusive of VAT.
The minimum amount for requesting a design is 500 EUR. In other words, if the area you want us to design, multiplied by the price per square meter for the service, is lower than 500 EUR, it will be calculated as 500 EUR.
For residences with architectural peculiarities (such as slopes, alcoves, and non-standard shapes) and multi-room apartments and houses (3 or more bedrooms; 3 or more bathrooms), the price is available upon request.
Each package includes high-quality 3D visualizations and 360-degree panoramas + everything described in the ‘Pricing’ section.
