Analysis and Functional Distribution
Ideation Project
After selecting the most suitable distribution option, we begin working on visually representing the idea. We create realistic 3D visualizations to show the client how the sample interior would look. Changes to colors, materials, and individual elements of the project are made if necessary.
After confirming the conceptual design, we proceed to create technical documentation and all drawings and plans for the project – floor coverings, switches, outlets, plumbing connections, lighting fixtures, climate systems, and wall unfoldings.
A list is compiled with all materials and finished products used in the project.

Selection and Oversight of Contractors
The client has the option to choose the companies to work with for the realization of the completed project, or we can assist by sending him price quotes from companies recommended by us.
We oversee the sequence of work processes and ensure the quality execution of every detail in the interior.
We organize renovation activities, manufacturing, and deliveries of furniture and all other materials included in the project.

Turnkey Contract – For the overall project execution, we enter into a separate contract for the renovation and finishing works, outlining all our commitments and deadlines for project completion.
Performance Warranty – We provide a 1-year quality warranty for the finishing activities carried out by us, and this commitment is included in the execution contract.
